AboutAll about me, my style & philosophy and your wedding...

Hello!
  • Hello!

  • I’m Helen and I have been documenting weddings for about 7 years now, shooting over 200 amazing weddings in that time. It’s been and continues to be the most amazing job I could have ever imagined, allowing me to meet the most fantastic people and witness so many magical moments. My work has been published both online and in print and I travel all over the globe to capture beautiful images.

When I put down my camera I love nothing more than being with the people I adore, mainly my husband Dom and our little Amélie. I also love travelling, snowboarding, yoga, drinking rosé in the sun, running, a good latte, walking barefoot along the sand, people who smile, my Contax 645, positivity, healthy living, cosying up with my hubby in front of a movie, good food and languages.

After spending 9 incredible years living abroad in Chamonix, Ibiza and New Zealand I can honestly say I’ve had a very blessed life so far and have met some wonderful people. Shooting weddings is an absolute dream job for me as I get to combine everything I love and pick up some great friends along the way!

  • Firstly CONGRATULATIONS! You’re probably here because you’ve just got engaged and I’m so excited for you!

You are about to marry the love of your life and this will be one of the most special, important days of your life. For this reason you want a photographer who appreciates and understands this and will do everything they can to document your day perfectly and professionally.

You know you’ll still be looking at your wedding photographs in 50 years time, hopefully showing them off to your Grandchildren, so you want the images to be timeless and beautiful, edited in a style that will never age or go out of fashion.

You don’t want photography to take over the day or detract from you spending time with your nearest and dearest. You want a photographer who is discrete and unobtrusive, but who knows when to step in to direct and place you in the best, most flattering light in a friendly professional way.

You want to feel comfortable in front of the camera and are hoping to find a photographer who enables you to feel relaxed and at ease and who wants you to look your very best. You want more than a photographer, you want a smiley, happy face who you feel is more than just your photographer, they are a friend.

You will have spent hours and a lot of money planning all the details and sourcing every element for your special day so it is really important to have everything captured on camera in an elegant, romantic way.

Above all, you value your friends and family and those special relationships more than anything else, so would like those connections to be reflected in gorgeously emotive images full of light and love documenting all the hugs, tears and honest moments that make up your uniquely wonderful day.

If this sounds like you, I’d love to meet you and chat further about how I can be part of your vision for the perfect day.
